Initial briefing: At the initial meeting our aim is to thoroughly understand the outcomes and deliverables that our client is looking for, as well as any constraints and dependencies associated with the tasks.
Defining scope: Based on the initial brief, independent research and stakeholder consultation, we develop and fine-tune a project scope and formalise the Statement Of Work (SOW) for final approval.
Define Project Baseline: Following the scope definition, PHC experts will methodically build the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), calculate the budget estimation and build the project baseline Performance Indicators (PIs).
Implementation team: We select the best consultants whose skill-set, experience and knowledge provide the best fit for a project and client.
