What does a Project Manager do?

A project manager carries out responsibilities of a contract for a specified period of time. Typically this would include acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third party contractors, which must be within the scope (cost, time and quality) of the contract. It is a position of responsibility that requires dedication, organisation and commitment.

Who can apply?

To be considered for any position within PHC Projects all applicants must be over the age of 18 years and must be an Australian Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.  Project Management qualifications are desirable.   

Do I require any specific qualifications?

There are no specific qualifications required however suitable qualifications such as PRINCE 2 will be advantageous for the application process. Previous relevant experience will also be highly regarded.

How can I apply for a career with PHC Projects?

How do I know if my application has been received?

I have applied for a position, what happens now?

If your application is successful, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to arrange an interview. PHC Projects aims to offer a fair and reasonable selection process.

Please note: Due to the nature of project management, immediate positions may not be available; therefore all applications will be put into a Recruitment Pool. Only those applicants who have been successful within the recruitment process will be considered for selection from the pool.
