PHC PROJECTS CASE STUDIES

PHC Projects is a professional services project management organisation.  We manage projects of varying degrees of complexity, requiring specialist knowledge and expertise.

The following are examples of projects that PHC has completed in recent months:

1. PROCESS FLOW

PHC Projects were asked by a Government agency to create an animated presentation tool to demonstrate the source and utilisation of funding across the organisation.

Other forms of presentation had been unable to clearly communicate this information.

PHC were required to:

  • Scope the project.
  • Actively input to its design.
  • Oversee the implementation (an IT build over eight weeks).

The presentation is now being used across the organisation to successfully communicate with internal and external audiences.

2. CONTACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PHC Projects were engaged to manage the development of a contact management system for a Government department.

The objectives of the project where:

  • Establish a consolidated database of contacts across the organisation.
  • Eliminate double handling of contact information and duplications of data.
  • Increased accuracy of contact information by creating a centralised function.

 

3. CHANGE MANAGEMENT

PHC Projects were assigned to manage the deployment of a new technology platform across this Government agency.

The objective of the project was to achieve the adoption and use of new technology across the agency leading to improved efficiencies around customer interaction and better access to organisational knowledge.

PHC Projects were required to:

  • Develop and manage internal communications program.
  • Develop a training program.
  • Deliver the training to regional and remote locations where the agency has staff.

4. EOI FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

PHC Projects was engaged to manage an expression of interest process for a major construction project for this government agency.

The responsibilities for PHC on this project involved:

  • The development of a project implementation plan.
  • The development of a probity management plan.
  • The development of an evaluation framework and scoring methodology.
  • Facilitation of evaluation meetings to establish aggregate scores.
